Dragon Boat Festival Origami – Main

From SCCLS – Delicate perfume sachets called a xiang bao (香包) are filled with traditional herbs to celebrate the Dragon Boat Festival, the first Chinese holiday to be included in UNESCO’s Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.  Come learn a little about this ancient celebration while folding this simple origami form.  Registration requested.  Ages teens and up.
