Survey Asks Kids What Sports and Activities They Want to Play

Project Play needs kids to let them know what sports and recreation they prefer. The survey is for kids in 3rd through 12th grade.

The survey asks in-depth questions about specific activities that kids play and that they might be interested in trying. It also asks about neighborhood parks and recreation facilities.

The answers are used locally and nationally to help shape where resources will be directed to make recreation equitable. The organizations behind the survey are the Ralph C. Wilson Jr. Foundation, KABOOM!, The Aspen Institute, and The Sports Facilities Companies. Port Huron Parks and Recreation and other places in Southeastern Michigan partner with some of the sponsoring organizations for recreational investments.
