If you are hoping to buy a house in the future, but don’t know how much money you need or how to get started with the process, Blue Water Community Action can help. They have released their 2026 Homebuyer Education schedule. The classes are held online and are required for the MSHDA Key to Own program. One class is held in person at the Blue Water Community Action agency.

Learn the Facts about Home Buying

The class teaches everything you need to know about getting a mortgage, planning for the future, and much more. The class is free to residents of St. Clair, Sanilac, Huron, Lapeer, Tuscola, and Macomb counties. Registration information can be found at https://www.bwcaa.org/services/homebuyer-education/.
