Take a nice stroll among nature….and zombies! Join the Library for our third zombie-themed spooky walk, located at the paved Kettlewell Pond looped nature path in Fort Gratiot. This is the area behind Meijer’s. The nearest parking is McIntyre Park at 4778 Parker Rd. Show up anytime from 11AM-1PM to sign in and walk. Participants will be given a colored flag football belt based on what experience they want to have. Lose your flag and become zombie lunch (but you will still get a medal). All participants will get a medal (even if we have to get more later). Save time by printing out the waivers and bringing them. Volunteer as a zombie or help with makeup with the link below. Here are the rules:

Runners: Please no roughhousing with the zombies. They only want your flag, not your actual brains. For an extra challenge, select zombies will have a black flag. Snag this flag for an extra small prize.

Red flag=Zombies should not charge you. You are just there to walk and observe zombies in the wild.

Yellow flag=Zombies will slowly shamble after you like Night of the Living Dead

Green=Zombies can run after you like 28 Days Later.
