Halloween Cthulhu Style and Kids Costume Contest

FreeFrom SCCLS – Drop in and party Cthulhu style this Halloween. Candy/snacks, crafts, and spooky music. Costume contest: with parental permission, staff will take a photo of your child’s costume and will choose a winner after the event. A Cthulhu-related prize will be waiting at the branch for the winner!
