From Port Huron City Rec – Learn how to stop uncontrolled bleeding in emergencies and
provide vital initial responses to care for an injury.  There can be a delay from the time of an injury to the time a first responder arrives. Without civilian intervention, preventable deaths can occur.
The American College of Surgeons Committee on Trauma leads the effort to save lives. Rhonda, EMT-P and field training officer for Tri-Hospital EMS, will instruct the class.
