All-American Flames Gymnastix, located in Port Huron, Michigan, provides a place for kids to run, jump, flip, and test their limits in a safe environment.
The enormous 35,000-square-foot facility has three separate gyms: the Main Gym, the Tot Spot, and the Fuse- a Ninja Warrior-style course.
Kids can start the structured gymnastics program at 18 months old. As they progress through the levels, they can keep track of their accomplishments with charts and stickers. There are also crosstraining options for athletes in any sport, clinics, and other options for strength and coordination improvement and character building.
Those who just can’t get enough gymnastics can choose to be part of the competitive teams. There are also open gyms and special events, but one of the best ways to experience Flames is to attend a party in one of their three gyms. Toddlers and preschoolers love the Tot Spot. The Main Gym is perfect for all ages, and the Fuse gym is the ultimate challenge for big kids to test their skills in the ninja warrior course.
