Once the Christmas decorations are put away, it’s time to start thinking about taxes and hopefully receive a refund. Blue Water Community Action is offering free income tax preparation to make sure that you get to keep as much of the money you earned as possible. To be eligible for the free tax prep service, there are income level requirements.
