The Port Huron Police Department is offering Police Academies for students in grades 3-12 who live in St. Clair County.
Elementary Police Academy
The Elementary Police Academy will be on June 24th from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Holland Woods Middle School. Participants will get free snacks, lunch, and a t-shirt in addition to learning all about police work and exploring the tools that police use to carry out investigations and protect the public.

Middle School Police Academy
Middle Schoolers can dive even deeper into the world of public safety with the Middle School Police Academy, held on June 25, 26, and 27 from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Holland Woods Middle School. Sixth- to eighth-graders will have a chance to learn about police procedures, teamwork, and communication. Register for the Middle School Police Academy here.

High School Police Academy
Students in grades 8-12 and students who just graduated are able to apply to the more intensive High School Police Academy. The weeklong session is held from July 28 to August 1 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Port Huron High School with a graduation on August 1st at Port Huron High School’s Performing Arts Center.
