Sophisticatz Karaoke, located in Fort Gratiot’s Birchwood Mall, is offering unique themed events for families in the Blue Water Area. The space opened just a few months ago in September, but they are already bringing smiles to local kids and helping families to make memories.

Their Weekend of Wizardry, a Harry Potter inspired event, was a success, according to owner Eilish Warner. Warner said that there were over fifty people in her store and it was a fun and pleasant surprise to see her hard work and ideas come to life.

The next event is a Frozen-themed Meet and Eat that will be even bigger and better than the Weekend of Wizardry. Sophisticatz Karaoke is partnering with the Port Huron Civic Theatre for the Frozen Event. Warner was grateful for the partnership with the Theatre and for their being an ally to the karaoke entertainment venue. The Port Huron Civic Theater is preparing for its production of Frozen Jr. on March 10-12 and will have its own cast of characters for participants to sing along with.

Warner said that they will “go big” as usual for this event and the store will be transforming into a winter wonderland, setting the stage for a magical adventure for little princesses and princes.
