Tires and Treads is a grassroots organization that combines classic car shows with a massive amount of philanthropy.
Their annual Car Show is this weekend, Saturday, September 17th at the Ruby Lions Hall.
Tires and Treads Founder Fran Morris has been bringing together the community of car enthusiasts with kids in need for several years. Some of Tires and Treads projects include huge donations of basic supplies for local elementary schools, including shoes (treads, get it?), and working with families of kids with severe illnesses to brighten up their days and make their dreams come true.
This weekend’s 4th Annual Ruby Car Show features plenty of activities for the whole family while helping Tires and Treads to continue to reach out to kids and families in need.
