Woodland Needs 7-12th Graders for Peer Support

For teens who might be considering a career in education, or who just want to have a fun experience this summer, the Woodland Link program is a great option. Woodland Developmental Center is a part of the St. Clair County RESA.

The volunteer program links students with developmental and intellectual disabilities, who are students at Woodland, with 7th-12th grade students. The new friends work on social skills together and promote independence. The program runs three days per week through July and August. Applications are due May 12. To apply, contact the Woodland office at (810) 455-1011 or School Social Worker- Chelsey Hull at hull.chelsey@sccresa.org.
